Licence
- Demo accounts are time-limited evaluation licences.
- Paid licences are activated only after payment is confirmed by JANCAL.
- You may not reverse engineer, resell, or circumvent licence controls.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate registration details.
- Do not attack, scrape, or overload the authentication service.
- Do not share OTP codes, session tokens, or admin credentials.
Calculations and advice
JANCAL is a professional calculation aid. Stamp duty, registration, and valuation outcomes can depend on current law, circulars, and facts of each matter. You remain responsible for verifying results before relying on them for legal or financial decisions.
Availability
We aim to keep cloud sign-in and licensing available, but downtime, maintenance, and third-party outages may occur.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JANCAL and TECH09 Softwares are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the software or website. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to the service is limited to the licence fees you paid for the then-current licence term.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
